Based on the luxurious graphite luxurious main chassis, various PURPLE aluminum parts / graphite options are equipped with. More steering angle due to new Short Suspension Arm which has redesigned for prevent from interference with wheels, besides the location of steering stopper had also refined.
The curved slide rack was designed to prevent interference with linkage rod at steering angle. It allows the drifter to feel more freedom in deepest angle drifting moment. The rack is installed with a forward tilt angle in order to reduce the bump
steer, which is the tendency of the wheel of a car to steer itself as it moves through the suspension stroke. The body roll and suspension motions will not influence the car to turn more sharply than the driver anticipates.
Inverted servo in searching for the ideal steering feel. Front bulkhead and servo mount are made of aluminum, and high response is achieved.
Optional graphite chassis plate to be installed on both sides of the main chassis is equipped as standard bundle, the rigidity of the main chassis has increased and a chassis roll rigidity adjustment is made by choosing the side brace and the screw fixing position of this plate You can do. Since it is possible to finely adjust the front and rear traction balance without changing the suspension alignment, it will be easier to acquire the driving characteristics according to the track surface condition.
The battery is limited to Shorty LiPo battery, but the mounting layout will have 4 different positions by selecting battery stopper location on the chassis. The layout will be Vertical, Horizontal Front/Mid/Rear in order to complete the fine tuning on weight balance and forward/backward traction.
Since the motor layout can be changed by selecting from 7 rotate positon at motor mount plate, the weight balance of car will be also adjustable to find out the best setting for keeping supreme angle and speed in any kind of slippery surface condition.
The short arm at the rear suspension deliver more traction performance to maximize the efficiency of the drift tire. Even with fewer roll motions, the load is more likely to be applied, and the feeling of grip improves throughout the corner. In addition, the rear hub carrier also features a new version that corresponds to the upper arm. Even when using a tire with a flat tread surface, it can effectively utilize the ground contact surface by camber change.
The purple version uses a newly developed special spring for drift. The front is equipped with the D-177FA Direct Type Spring (All Round) and the rear is equipped with the D-179RA Side Grip Type Spring (All Round) to support the latest driving quality.
Aluminum shock cylinders are the super low friction shock which is with Kashima coating to reduce the maximum frictional resistance with piston. The largest capacity in on-road car category, 11.2mm big bore cylinder has adopted and enable to absorb even small vibration due to run with a resin tire in a drift run from the road surface, then possible to get a maximum grip.
Height adjust system possible to change the car height by rotate the spring tensioner and suitable for various length on springs. Of course the setting that is most suitable for various road surfaces and run situation in total is provided by the change of shock oil and the piston to get a damping force with finely adjusted.
Fully new designed 4 transmission could squeeze into the bottom of motor, and it is the type to increase the rear traction as rotational torque goes up, supreme to low friction surface track. Rear differential has 4 pinion gear.
