Yokomo - DP-YD4MR - Drift Package YD-4 MR

The Yokomo YD-4 is the flagship AWD Counter Steer Chassis. It secured the victory at the D1:10 Championship 2016 in Holland. The design is providing amazing performance and capability on any type of surface and circuit size or layout. This is proven bij the global domination of RC Drift events this year.

But Yokomo did continue to develop this new YD-4 RC Drift chassis platform. Yokomo has seen the variety of drifting styles. The new Yokomo YD-4MR is developed wit the feedback of the worlds best RC Drift drivers and give an mid-motor option for the original YD-4. The Yokomo YD-4MR will be available as full kit or as an optional conversion kit for the current YD-4 owners.

The mid-motor design give a different weight transfer characteristics. But it still used the Low Center of Gravity (LCG) design. It improve the high speeds transitions on high grip surfaces like carpet compared with the standard layout. The YD-4MR also uses the high quality carbon chassis parts like the main chassis; upper deck and the shock towers.
The Yokomo YD-4 serie is a proven winner out of the box. And with the new mid-motor layout option it will continue to push the boundaries of the RC Drift competitions.
